Ingredients

¼ cup Holland House® Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

fresh juice of 2 limes

zest of 1 lime

2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped

8 oz. fresh raw shrimp, diced

8 oz. fresh raw scallops, sliced

¼ cup red onion, diced

1 jalapeño, seeded, deveined, minced

¼ cup baby cucumber, sliced

¼ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

¼ cup red radish, sliced

salt, to taste

black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Mix Holland House® Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, lime juice, lime zest, and cilantro in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and combine.
  3. Let ceviche cure in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Season with salt and pepper.
