Go ahead—let’s salsa
Loaded with creamy avocado, sweet corn and plenty of fresh herbs, this salsa is sure to be a big hit.
15 oz. black beans, drained, rinsed
1 ripe avocado, pitted, cubed
½ cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen
½ cup red onion, minced
½ cup cilantro, minced
1 jalapeño, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. cumin
salt and pepper, to taste

2 Tbsp. lime juice
